We cover a variety of topics that will improve your child’s ability to respond to emergencies, keep themselves and others safe, and provide exceptional child care. Our certified instructors lead engaging class discussions, hands-on skills training, and fun role-playing activities that will prepare your child to become one of the most capable, trusted and in-demand sitters in your neighborhood. Español Explorers Academy provides excellent children’s day camps where students are immersed in the Spanish language while doing fun physical and creative activities. Children are exposed to cultures of the Spanish-speaking world through virtual field trips, crafts, songs, stories and interactive play. Our mission is to foster a love of learning Spanish and an appreciation of cultures of people who speak Spanish. All lead instructors are experienced classroom teachers. Step into a magical world of fairy tales, creativity, and hands-on fun at Enchanted Tales Camp! Each day, we’ll immerse ourselves in a beloved classic, such as Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Hansel and Gretel, and Rumpelstiltskin. But the adventure doesn’t stop at storytime! After reading each tale, campers will bring the story to life through a variety of interactive activities designed to spark imagination, build skills, and encourage collaboration. Camp Highlights: Fairy Tale Adventures – Discover a new classic story each day and dive into its magical world. Creative Crafts – Design enchanted castles, magical wands, or jeweled crowns, and more. STEM Explorations – Conduct hands-on experiments like building a beanstalk structure, engineering a rubber band carriage, or creating magic potions. Imaginative Play & Games – Act out favorite scenes, go on treasure hunts, and solve fairy-tale-inspired puzzles. Cooking & Treats – Make gingerbread houses, make Cinderella’s pumpkin treats, or create edible fairy tale scenes. Interactive Games and Activities: Fun and engaging games will help reinforce new signs and encourage students to practice in a supportive environment. Cultural Exploration: Students will be introduced to Deaf culture and the importance of sign language in fostering communication and inclusivity.
