Round Rock ISD Enrichment PeachJar Digital Flyer Opportunity Round Rock ISD Enrichment is offering vendors the option to post advertising flyers on the District’s digital flyer platform, PeachJar, for the period of August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. The PeachJar platform streamlines the distribution of school and community resources by delivering digital flyers directly to families. Flyers may promote regular after-school classes or summer camps offered through Round Rock ISD Enrichment. Flyers must not advertise programs that conflict with Round Rock ISD Enrichment classes or camps held at the same time. A single fee covers the posting of up to four (4) flyers during the advertising period listed above. Participation in this advertising opportunity is optional. Flyer Requirements All flyers must include the following information: NEW REQUIREMENT: RRISD now requires all Enrichment vendors to include the Approved Vendor Logo on PeachJar flyers Class or camp description Class or camp dates Class or camp times Class or camp prices Class or camp locations Registration link or QR code Contact information for additional details Formatting Requirements Flyers must be one (1) page, sized 8.5" x 11" Accepted formats: PDF or JPG Flyers must comply with all RRISD vendor flyer guidelines Submission & Payment Flyers must be submitted to for approval at least two (2) weeks prior to the requested distribution date. Round Rock ISD Enrichment is offering enrichment vendors an exclusive opportunity to reach families actively seeking summer programs for their children. Why Advertise? « High Visibility – Your ad will appear in our full-color summer camp brochure. « Wide Distribution – Printed brochure delivered to all Round Rock ISD elementary students in April, reaching over 21,000 families. « Targeted Audience – Connect directly with families searching for summer enrichment programs. « Space is limited –Secure your spot early! Ad Pricing & Availability «Single Ad Space: 2.5" wide x 1.75" tall - $275 (10 spots available) « Double Ad Space – $550 each (4 spots available) Option 1 - 4.25" wide x 1.75" tall Option 2 - 2.5" wide by 3.5" tall « Quad Ad Space – $1000 each (3 spots available) 4.25" wide x 2.75" « Full Column Ad Space – $2500 each (1 spot available) 4.25" wide x 8.25" How to Purchase an Ad 1. Submit online payment here by March 22, 2026. 2. Upload your ad copy in JPG or PDF format by March 22, 2026. The total ad spaces sold must cover printing costs. If this minimum is not met, all advertising fees will be refunded. Ad spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds availability, we may adjust larger ads (double or quad) into smaller ones, with refunds for the price difference.This opportunity is optional.
