Explore the world of programming with Python! Learn one of the most versatile and beginner-friendly programming languages, used by professionals in diverse fields from software development to scientific research. In this course, students will be introduced to core coding concepts such as variables, loops, functions, and conditionals. To apply and practice the concepts, students will build interactive projects like Dodge the Meteors. Then, they’ll learn intermediate-level coding concepts like arrays, functions with parameters, and game physics! Applying these skills, they will unleash their inner game designers and build their own versions of classic arcade games like Brick Breaker, Bubble Pop, Star Invaders, and Pong. By the end of the course, students will not only have a solid foundation in Python but will also be able to design and develop their own arcade games, combining fun with practical coding experience.
