We take our young learners on an exciting journey into the world of Minecraft. While they indulge in their favorite game, they also acquire the skills to apply coding and elevate their Minecraft adventures. Through the use of icon/block-based coding blocks, our students not only craft a more immersive gaming world but also foster their coding literacy by comprehending and interpreting these blocks, setting free the bounds of their creativity. Calling all pilots! Let’s learn how to fly this fall in the most innovative aviation class in Texas. Our students will spend multiple days focusing on each machine, engaging in hands-on activities to design, build and fly our three main vehicles: drones, remote control planes and rockets. We don’t just learn about it, we do it. Get ready for an exciting season of learning as we take to the skies. Students explore AI, robotics, and video game development through hands-on, project-based learning. They build and program AI-powered robots that sense and respond to their environment, creating projects such as line-following robots, obstacle-avoidance vehicles, and robot sumo challenges. In parallel, students design and play their own video games using block-based coding while learning sequencing, loops, conditionals, and game logic. Activities strengthen problem-solving, creativity, and logical thinking in an engaging STEM environment. The program culminates in a Technology Showcase, where students present their robot and custom-designed video game.
