Round Rock ISD

Round Rock ISD Enrichment is offering the option to post vendor camp and class advertising flyers to the Districts' digital advertising platform (PeachJar) from August 1, 2024 - July 31, 2025. 

• The PeachJar platform streamlines distribution of school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers.
• Flyers may include the regular after-school or online classes being held through Round Rock ISD. 
• Flyers must not include after-school or summer programs held at the same time as Round Rock ISD enrichment classes.
• A single fee is charged for up to four (4) flyers posted on Peachjar during the specified time frame. 
• This opportunity is completely optional.

Holiday camp flyers must include the following information:

1. Class or camp description
2. Class or camp dates
3. Class or camp times
4. Class or camp prices
5. Class or camp locations
6. Class or camp registration link
7. Class or camp contact for more information
8. Flyers must be one 8.5 x 11 page 
9. Flyers must be PDF or JPG format. 
10. Flyers must comply with all RRISD vendor flyer requirements.

Flyers must be submitted to jen_johnson@roundrockisd.org for approval no later than two weeks prior to the first class date. Payment for vendor flyers must be submitted here prior to posting.
