Like to sing? Want to sing better? Glee Singers Camp will provide an opportunity for musical growth and expression in a fun choir experience. Campers will learn fundamental singing techniques, introductory harmony, fun dance routines and stage presence. There will be opportunities to add in personal flare and collaborate in songwriting. We will incorporate a variety of songs from oldies to today's greatest hits a cappella, accompanied by instruments and with backing tracks. Campers will prepare throughout the week for a closing performance on Thursday. No experience necessary. Let your voice be heard! Students who are participating in a full day camp must bring their own nut-free sack lunch, morning and afternoon snack, and water bottle. CAMP HIGHLIGHTS: Ensemble Playing: Learn the fundamentals of playing in an ensemble, including listening skills, coordination, and blending with other instruments. All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you're just starting out or have been playing for years, everyone will find a place to grow and improve. Experienced Instructor: Steve Duprez brings over 50 years of experience in orchestral and community music, ensuring a professional yet relaxed learning environment. Instrument & Stand Requirements: Participants should bring their own violin, viola, or cello, along with a music stand.
