This is an introductory class for students who would like to learn to crochet small stuffed animals, also known as amigurumi. Students will learn the basics of stitching and sewing to complete a design. Students will get to keep their completed project, but other materials will need to be kept with the instructor (crochet hooks, needles, stitch markers, etc). Already know how to play chess and love to play?This class is for anyone interested in playing chess. It doesn't matter if you have never played the game or consider yourself a chess master. We will focus on strategy, flexible thinking, and winning and learning with dignity. This class is open to any interested 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.
