Join us for a six-week enrichment adventure on Thursdays, from October 30 to December 11, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.The Gattis Empowerment Workshop is a dynamic, confidence-building experience designed to help young boys and girls develop leadership skills, emotional strength, and a positive mindset in a fun and supportive environment. This Camp focuses on the whole child, mind, body, and character through engaging activities, teamwork challenges, and meaningful conversations. This class meets on Thursdays, from October 30 to December 11, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Unleash your creativity and get your hands dirty in this exciting ceramics club! This fun, hands-on experience introduces young artists to the world of clay, where they'll learn to mold, shape, and craft their very own masterpieces. Artists will explore basic handbuilding techniques while having the freedom to create both functional and imaginative pieces. Ceramics Club Highlights: Handbuilding Techniques - Learn the fundamentals of ceramics with techniques like pinch pots, coil building, and slab construction. Tool Exploration - Use a variety of fun tools to texture, carve, and decorate your pieces, adding personal flair to each creation. Artistic Creations - Craft a range of unique items, from practical bowls and cups to one-of-a-kind sculptures. Join us for a six-week enrichment adventure on Mondays, from October 27 to December 8, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. This is an introductory class for students who would like to learn to crochet small stuffed animals, also known as amigurumi. Students will learn the basics of stitching and sewing to complete a design. Students will get to keep their completed project, but other materials will need to be kept with the instructor (crochet hooks, needles, stitch markers, etc).
