This STEM Robotics beginner camp has it all: building, creating, designing, engineering, coding concepts, and basic robotics and drones. We aim to make a child's first experience with STEM both fun and engaging, so we create a space for the kids to work collaboratively to bring their ideas to life. This is a very hands-on camp. Our belief is, the more fun they have in this learning environment, the more likely they are to continue pursuing STEM opportunities in the future. DroneTogether is offering a faster and more advanced drone flying camp for any camper who has taken a beginner camp or has experience flying drones outside of school. This camp offers most of the favorite flying activities from the beginner camp, but brings in many larger drones with more capabilities. One of the most unique drones we use are the Tello Drones, which are the best educational coding drones on the market. Our teachers use this drone with a DroneBlocks coding program to provide a very unique coding and programming experience for campers. All equipment is provided, so come ready to have fun and take on new challenges in this exciting and fast-paced STEM camp. ***All campers will get an E99 drone kit to take home on the final day of camp*** Prerequisite: Camper must have already completed a beginner camp or after school class at Round Rock ISD Enrichment in the last 12 months. DroneTogether is excited to be bringing our exhilarating and innovative drone flying program back to Round Rock ISD this summer. Come have fun spending time in one of the fastest growing spaces in technology - drone flying. All flying abilities are welcome, as we build on basic flying skills to advance to more challenging and exciting opportunities. Some of the opportunities include tricks, team flying challenges, flying adventures, obstacle design and course design. All activities are designed to be collaborative, fun and safe for all students.
