Does your child love to build and figure out how things work? This exciting, hands-on course is the perfect first step into the world of engineering!

In this course, young makers will learn these big ideas by actually building them in fun, hands-on, mission-based challenges. Students will build inventions to help a friendly class mascot complete mini-missions, such as crossing a canyon with a bridge or lifting treasure with a pulley crane. Along the way, they will practice core engineering skills like problem-solving, testing, and refining designs. 

Prerequisites: Basic reading helpful but not required. Can handle mouse and keyboard comfortably.
