Important Information

  • Students may only register for after-school enrichment classes held at their home campus.
  • Online classes and summer camps are open to all students — you do not need to be enrolled in Round Rock ISD to participate.
  • Review our Registration and Refund Policy and cancelation deadlines before completing your registration.
  • To be eligible for a refund or voucher, the Cancelation or Change Request Form must be submitted before the posted deadline.
  • After creating an account, add your selected class(es) to your cart and complete checkout. A confirmation email will be sent from roundrockisd@ce.eleyo.com upon successful registration. Be sure to check your spam or trash folders for any communication from instructors.
  • Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch may be eligible for scholarships or discounts. To apply, complete the Scholarship Request Form.
  • Round Rock ISD employees and their dependents are eligible for an employee discount, which must be applied at the time of registration.
  • If a class is no longer listed online, it has either been canceled or the registration deadline has passed.
  • Classes and camps must meet minimum enrollment at least one week before the start date. If a program is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund.
  • To use an eligible voucher:
    • 1. Complete your online registration and payment.
    • 2. Submit the Voucher Refund Request Form after registering.
    • 3. You will receive a confirmation once the eligible voucher amount has been reimbursed.
  • Final payment is due two weeks before the class start date.
