Round Rock ISD Enrichment Registration and 

Refund Policy for After School Enrichment Classes


  1. Pre-registration for all classes is required. All class registrations are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please keep in mind that many classes reach maximum enrollment before the registration deadline. To guarantee a place, register early!

  2. Only students who are registered to attend in-person classes may register to attend in-person after-school enrichment classes on their home campus. Students enrolled in a Virtual Learning Program with Round Rock ISD may only register to attend online enrichment classes or camps.

  3. We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes with insufficient registration. If this occurs, an email notification will be sent regarding this information.

  4. You will not hear from Enrichment before your first class unless there is a problem. The vendor will send an email 3-5 days before the first class with instructions. Please check your spam, junk, and trash folders for emails from your instructor.

  5. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to supervise their student and to determine whether to enable audio and/or video for their student when participating in online classes. 

  6. Round Rock ISD Code of Conduct applies to all in-person and online classes and camps.

  7. Enrichment camps and classes will follow all current Round Rock ISD health and safety guidelines including current COVID-19 protocols.

  8. Classes that offer the option to split payments require that customers have a payment method saved on their account when completing their online registration. A convenience fee of $1 is added to all split payments. Class payments are due in full 15 days before the first class date and will automatically be charged to the saved payment method on the registration account. If a payment method is no longer valid on the 2nd charge date, then a missing payment fee of $25 will be assessed when the final payment is collected. Registrations with missing payments are subject to cancelation from the class with a cancelation fee of $25. Only one fee is assessed per registration.

  9. Policies regarding refunds, vouchers, and class cancelations:                         

    • a. Class cancelation and a full refund will be issued if there is insufficient enrollment in a class.

    • b. A refund of the class fee minus a $10 administrative processing fee will be issued if the Enrichment Class Cancelation Form is submitted at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the session start date.

    • c. A voucher of 75% of the class fee will be issued if the Enrichment Class Cancelation Form is submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the session start date.

    • d. No refunds or vouchers will be issued if a student withdraws six (6) calendar days or less before the session start date.

    •  e. Review enrichment class calendars for specific session start dates and cancelation deadlines.

    • f. No refunds or vouchers will be issued for changes in the District’s health and safety policy after the cancelation deadlines stated herein.

    • g. Please review the age range and class description prior to completing registration. Refunds or vouchers will not be issued due to age and/or ability variations. 

    • h. If a student must withdraw due to illness or injury, you must submit a signed and dated Doctor’s note to enrichment@roundrockisd.org stating when the student is to be withdrawn and when the student can return. The Doctor’s note must be received within seven (7) calendar days of illness or injury. No voucher will be given if the length of absence is less than 50% of the total number of classes during a session. Vouchers will be issued for the value of the missed classes and can be used towards registration for a future Enrichment class within one year.

    • i. To request a refund, you must complete the Enrichment Class Cancelation Form. Deadlines apply. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive a response to your cancelation request. District business days can be found on the District Academic Calendar

    • j. Registrations that are made on the wrong campus or by virtual students who are not eligible to attend in-person enrichment classes will be canceled and a voucher will be issued for the class fee minus a $10 administrative processing fee. Cancelations for these reasons will be eligible for a refund of the class fee minus a $10 administrative processing fee if the Enrichment Class Cancelation Form is submitted before the cancelation deadline.

    • k. Any changes made to class registrations after the cancelation deadline will incur a $25 administrative fee.

  10. Any student or parent/guardian whose disruptive behavior infringes on the rights of others may be withdrawn from the class without a refund or voucher.

  11. Enrichment classes and camps require that students be able to participate independently. Instructors and vendors are not Round Rock ISD employees and are not required to provide accommodations under IEP or 504 plans. During registration, please provide information concerning special needs that your student may have to help instructors provide a safe and successful environment such as medical conditions, allergies, and instructional accommodations.

  12. For in-person classes, a late pick-up fee will be charged. You will have fifteen (15) minutes after dismissal of class to pick up your student(s). Following that, $14.00 will be charged for the next fifteen (15) minutes and $1.00 per minute thereafter. The fee is due at the time of pick up and the fee is per student. Student(s) cannot attend the next class until payment is received.

  13. Available discounts and/or scholarships:

    • a. Older people (65 and up) and active/retired military may be eligible for a discount for adult classes. Please check our website for ​​Available Discounts. Discount must be applied at the time of registration.

    • b. Round Rock ISD employees and their dependents are eligible for a discount. Please check our website for Employee Discount information. This information can only be accessed from an active Round Rock ISD Google account. Discount must be applied at the time of registration.

    • c. Students eligible for free or reduced lunch may qualify for a discount or scholarship. Please submit the Scholarship Request Form at least TWO WEEKS before the first class date. You will be contacted by email if a discount or scholarship is available.
