2025 Summer In-Person Camps

Do you love making things with your hands? Are you excited to explore new creative skills? Join us for a hands-on journey into the world of fiber arts, where you’ll transform simple materials into beautiful, handmade treasures! This camp is perfect for young artists who enjoy crafting and want to learn fun, practical skills that they can use for a lifetime.

What You’ll Learn & Create:

Hand-Stitching Basics – Learn simple sewing techniques to create decorative and functional fabric projects. You'll practice threading a needle, tying knots, and making basic stitches to sew small crafts.

Hand-Embroidery – Add color and detail to fabric using embroidery floss and fun stitches like backstitch, satin stitch, and seed stitch. Design and embellish your own custom piece!

Needlefelting Magic – Turn fluffy wool into adorable 3D creations by shaping and sculpting it with special barbed needles. Make tiny animals, fun keychains, or miniature decorations!

Creative Projects – Throughout the week, you'll work on a variety of fiber art projects, which may include:

** Personalized embroidered hoops or fabric bookmarks

** Felted animals, charms, or small sculptures

**Custom projects that you design using your new knowledge
