Join our recreational basketball classes. New teams are chosen each week "pick-up" style. We offer a fast fun pickup style game that gives everyone equal playing time. Class size is limited so please sign up early. Only those who pre-register may play. Tuesday night at Canyon Vista Middle School gym 8-9:30pm.

TAG Festival (August 2026 Fifth & Sixth Grade) - American Sign Language (ASL) for All
Dive into a new language with ASL for All! This class covers the basics of the alphabet and numbers while building a foundation of essential everyday signs. You won’t just be learning how to sign; you’ll also explore the vibrant world of Deaf culture and discover the stories of famous Deaf trailblazers. It’s a fun, visual way for gifted learners to challenge their brains and pick up a meaningful new skill! Note: Students will need their Round Rock ISD student issued Chromebooks and chargers for this session.

In this hands-on class,students will learn to storyboard, write scripts, film, and edit their own projects. From brainstorming ideas to creating short videos, you’ll gain the skills to bring your stories to life and have fun along the way! This camp offers a fun and creative environment where students can experiment with video production while developing storytelling, technical, and teamwork skills. By the end of the camp, each student will have completed their own short video project to share and showcase! Sure, Improv Comedy is often hilarious, but there’s more to it than witty replies and silly characters. Improv is theatre that emphasizes listening and creating fearlessly through collaboration and that provides new ways to tell old stories. Our curriculum is built around low pressure Improv exercises and games that emphasize finding the funny in what’s already there, building trust in oneself and others and developing the confidence to embrace the unexpected. Each day blends hands-on projects with professional equipment, creative challenges, and teamwork to help kids discover their unique visual voice where creativity meets technology.. Campers will explore lighting, composition, and editing using tools like Lightroom, Photoshop and Final Cut Pro. As a group, they’ll create a short film and digital portfolio to showcase their work on the final day for family and friends. Each day combines guided lessons and creative play, helping campers learn logic, sequencing, and problem-solving while expressing their ideas through digital storytelling. Students produce, direct, light, shoot, and edit like experts as they create content for that week’s camp. Then they will dive straight into creating content and learning the post-production process. Students will collaborate on ways to market and promote their content and build an engaging audience.
