Teacher Lead Courses
Step into the kitchen and experience life behind the counter! Each day, young chefs will “open” a new kind of restaurant—from a neighborhood bakery to a food truck, a cozy bistro, and a gourmet fine dining spot. Campers will shop for ingredients, cook, plate, and serve their creations while learning real culinary skills and restaurant teamwork!
Minimum of 8 students required.
Please note that we only accommodate nut allergies; we are unable to accommodate egg, gluten or other food allergies. To prevent life-threatening reactions, we cannot enroll students who require an EpiPen for severe food allergies other than nuts.
