Ballet Folklorico
This class is open to any student with or without prior knowledge in Korean and is designed to provide an interactive environment for students to learn and practice speaking and listening skills necessary for everyday conversation. The class will begin with exposing the Korean alphabet (Hangul) and learning to read so that students can read and pronounce new vocabulary and phrases as they progress. We will use music, art, and role-playing to introduce reading and writing as well as practice speaking and listening. Along with basic language skills, students will have cultural understanding by introducing the history of Hangul, traditional holidays, games, songs, foods and drama.
