Round Rock ISD Enrichment is offering the option to post vendor camp and class advertising flyers to the Districts' digital advertising platform (PeachJar) from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026. The PeachJar platform streamlines the distribution of school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. Flyers may include the regular after-school or online classes being held through Round Rock ISD. Flyers must not include after-school or summer programs held at the same time as Round Rock ISD enrichment classes. A single fee is charged for up to four (4) flyers posted on Peachjar during the specified time frame. This advertising opportunity is completely optional. Flyers must include the following information: Class or camp description Class or camp dates Class or camp times Class or camp prices Class or camp locations Class or camp registration link or QR code Class or camp contact for more information Flyers must be one 8.5 x 11 page Flyers must be PDF or JPG format. Flyers must comply with all RRISD vendor flyer requirements. Flyers must be submitted to jen_johnson@roundrockisd.org for approval two weeks before the requested distribution date. Round Rock ISD Enrichment is offering enrichment vendors an exclusive opportunity to reach families actively seeking summer programs for their children. Why Advertise? « High Visibility – Your ad will appear in our full-color summer camp brochure. « Wide Distribution – Delivered to all Round Rock ISD elementary students in April, reaching over 21,000 families. « Targeted Audience – Connect directly with families searching for summer enrichment programs. « Space is limited –Secure your spot early! Ad Pricing & Availability «Single Ad Space (2.5" wide x 1.75" tall) – $275 (Limit10) « Double Ad Space (4.25" wide x 1.75" tall) – $550 (Limit 4) « Quad Ad Space (4.25" wide x 2.75") – $1000 (Limit 3) How to Purchase an Ad 1. Submit online payment here by March 6, 2026. 2. Upload your ad copy in JPG or PDF format by March 6, 2026. The total ad spaces sold must cover printing costs. If this minimum is not met, all advertising fees will be refunded. Ad spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If demand exceeds availability, we may adjust larger ads (double or quad) into smaller ones, with refunds for the price difference.This opportunity is optional.
