In our program, we focus on developing all four core language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Our goal is to make learning Mandarin fun and engaging for kids through a variety of interactive activities, including conversation practice, projects, reading, and book writing. Each unit features a video project where students present what they’ve learned in Mandarin, helping to build their confidence in speaking. We also celebrate traditional Chinese festivals and incorporate STEM activities to inspire students' interest in both the language and culture. Join our recreational basketball classes. New teams are chosen each week "pick-up" style. We offer a fast fun pickup style game that gives everyone equal playing time. Class size is limited so please sign up early. Only those who pre-register may play. Tuesday night at Canyon Vista Middle School gym 8-9:30pm.

Welcome to Nerdy Cooks, the ultimate test kitchen adventure! Our hands-on cooking club is all about exploration, excitement, and delicious discoveries. Gain essential life skills and independence in the kitchen while cooking yummy food all on your own. Students who actively participate in the Princeton Review course significantly increase their performance on their SAT, thus increasing their opportunities to gain admission to college and universities, and earn scholarships and entry into select programs. This virtual course focuses exclusively on the math and verbal skills specific to the SAT. Before you register, please be aware of the following expectations: Student should only register to attend one session. Student must attend all days of the course. Student will receive log on instructions from their instructor, and must log on daily by the designated start time for their course and stay every day for the duration of their designated course time. A firm commitment from both the student and their family is required in order to maximize the impact of the course. The fee for this course is $125.00 (reduced from $700.00!) and includes all materials and instruction. Every student is welcome. If financial aid is required to offset the cost, please complete the Scholarship Request Form. Students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We have limited seats available. Based on the success of previous courses, we anticipate that the available seats will fill quickly. No refunds will be issued for Cancellation Request Forms submitted after the 2nd class date. A materials fee of $75 cannot be refunded after materials have been picked up.
