Want your child to study smarter in half the time? All students are expected to study for twelve or more years, but are never taught the proper ways to study. Many common study habits and practice routines turn out to be counterproductive. Underlining and highlighting, rereading, cramming, and single-minded repetition of new skills create the illusion of mastery, but do not lead to long term retention of information. Recent discoveries in cognitive psychology have shown concrete techniques for more complex and durable learning. Our camps teach these techniques to help your child become more productive learners. Campers will be placed in teams to practice these different skills.
