Discover the essentials of handbuilding in clay, from coiling and pinch pots to slab techniques. Beginners will build foundational skills Create expressive pieces as you explore and refine your craft in a supportive environment.We will be glazing and firing several ceramic pieces.

About the teacher: Ms. LuLu is the STEAM Coordinator on campus. Prior to being at JLJ she was an art teacher. Handbuilding with clay is one of Ms. LuLu's favorite mediums. What else can you make art with that comes from the earth?
